Sand Removing Bridge – Back and Forward Fat/oils Remover

Consists in a solids, liquids and fats separation mechanism, mounted in rectangular concrete tank. Red Band wheels are placed in the lateral walls of the tank. Upon the wheels there’s a metallic bridge, composed by a surface scraper and bottom scraper. Its main function is the removal of fats and sedimentary solids. Optional choice of a suction pump.

Circular Bridge

Consists in a sedimentary solids mechanism, mounted in a circular concrete tank. Upon the wheels there is a metallic bridge, composed by a surface scraper and bottom scraper. The fats/oils are removed at surface by the scraper and forwarded to a mud disposal tubing system. Its main function is the removal of fats, floating elements and sedimentary solids.
