Without Washing

This system allows the separation of the sands from the organic matter. After conducting the water into the classifier, the heavier solids will deposit by action of gravity. A screw ensures the transportation of these into the sands accumulation area. The classifier is usually employed after the removal of sediments coming from the sands removers.

With Washing

The mix of sand and water allows the organic matter to separate itself from the sands. A screw ensures the transportation of these into the sands accumulation area.
